In a collaboration with Kristin Neidlinger of Sensoree, I created dresses made entirely of recycled plastic bags. The plastic is fused together into panel pieces which are then sewn together to form a wearable garment.

The dresses are a nod and a wink to 1950's style and made entirely from shopping bags that say "Thank You" in classic, highly recognizable graphics. The pieces are meant to evoke familiarity and communicate a message of recycling and creative reuse in a whimsical and highly approachable way.
